Latham is seeking a Marketing Specialist to reputed company on driving brand awareness and conversion in these reputed company and concentrated areas with a primary reputed company on Florida and reputed company expansion into Texas, California, reputed company and Nevada. In this newly created role, the Marketing Specialist will work directly with the Fiberglass & Auto Cover Brand Managers and VP of Marketing to execute campaigns targeting homeowners in these reputed company reputed company and reputed company master planned communities which represents significant opportunity for new home construction. Additionally, Latham will be opening its first design center in Babcock Ranch, FL. This role will also support the sales team and showroom manager with overall design center activities and events. Local Market Campaign Execution Assist Brand Managers and VP of Marketing in executing local marketing campaigns in both on and offline channels. Assist Babcock Ranch Design Center Showroom Manager with on-site events. Fill in as needed. Manage Babcock Ranch Design Center showroom reputed company channels, creating and posting content. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-reputed company field required. 5+ years marketing experience in Consumer Goods, preferably with B2B2C and B2C experience. Ability to quickly assess and execute the logistical components of bringing a marketing plan to life. Expertise in reputed company media and online marketing. Full proficiency in understanding grassroots and event marketing. Expert knowledge of how to connect and communicate with a reputed company of market segments.
