Collections Specialist

What you'll do:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities in reputed company’s database.
• Consolidate reporting from various databases in reputed company on a routine reputed company.
• Monitor customer accounts to apply or lift holds based on collection activity.
• Respond to and communicate with merchants regarding inbound inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve account-reputed company issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior collections staff or management.
• Assess customer accounts for high-risk factors and report findings to management, contributing to risk mitigation efforts

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company) and reputed company Docs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience and/or knowledge of reputed company.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills; “can-do” attitude and resourcefulness, combined with the ability to propose solutions.
• Exemplary analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to pivot as business priorities shift.
  
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
