We are seeking a dedicated Content Writer & Community Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is central to shaping the day-to-day experience of our vibrant community by creating compelling content and fostering active engagement across various platforms, including our programs, forums, and social media groups. The successful candidate will craft thoughtful, provocative, and motivational content that resonates with our audience, encouraging participation and fostering a supportive community atmosphere. While not a marketing role per se, this position involves ongoing communication strategies that nurture student relationships, reinforce their commitment, and guide them toward achieving their business and personal development goals. The role offers an exciting opportunity to influence student success directly, contribute to community growth, and support our mission of helping entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality.
• *Qualifications**
• 2-3 years of experience as a Content Writer & Community Manager, ideally within online education or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
• Proficiency in creating engaging content across multiple formats including emails, social media posts, graphics, and videos
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms such as Facebook, forums, and other community platforms
• Knowledge of online engagement strategies, community moderation, and metrics analysis
• Ability to analyze KPIs and adapt content strategies accordingly
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, gamification, and behavioral design is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a proactive attitude
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like AI, Monday.com, and media editing software
• Open-minded, culturally sensitive, and capable of fostering an inclusive community environment
• Passion for entrepreneurship, personal development, and continuous learning
• *Responsibilities**
• Develop and deliver engaging email campaigns, social media posts, and community content that inform, motivate, and inspire students
• Tailor content to align with brand voice and educational objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative assets such as graphics and multimedia content
• Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives
• Moderate Facebook groups, forums, and other community platforms, including member approval and post moderation
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to optimize engagement and student success
• Support students during live events such as quarterly Accelerators and workshops, both virtually and asynchronously
• Proofread, fact-check, and ensure the quality and accuracy of all written content before publication
• Stay informed about program developments and student feedback to propose innovative engagement strategies
