As a Medical Biller, you will be working closely with patients and payers to answer questions reputed company to billing, processing reputed company forms needed for insurance billing purposes, and collecting necessary documentation from clients. You will also assist other Medical Billers with follow-up inquiries to payers, communicate with hospitals to obtain records, and accurately record patient information. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable spending much of the day on the phone. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul> <li>Work directly with patients on reputed company accounts receivable</li> <li>Work directly with payers using available websites, portals, clearinghouses to ensure reputed company payment for services. </li> <li>Assist clients with processing insurance claims through both private insurance and reputed company/Medicare</li> <li>Assist patients in navigating the billing and insurance landscape, including collecting reputed company necessary forms and signatures</li> <li>Work with physicians and technical staff in office to obtain charge information and billing details</li> <li>reputed company reputed company billing and payment information into the reputed company EMR system properly and without errors</li> <li>Follow up with payers and patients as needed</li> <li>Answer phones, assist clients with questions, take messages, and screen calls</li> <li>Maintains the highest level of confidentiality</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>Previous experience working in reputed company EMR</li> <li>Prior experience in a office based cardiovascular environment strongly preferred</li> <li>Strong customer service skills</li> <li>Previous experience with medical coding or billing desired</li> <li>Strong organization skills</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail</li> </ul> </div> <p>Flexible work from home reputed company available.</p> Apply To This Job
