Title Agent
- Determines from county records the reputed company ownership and reputed company reputed company of land required for a project
- Searches property records for conveyances, liens, and other instruments

- Detailed knowledge of researching courthouse records both online and in county clerk’s offices
- Ability to compile and prepare chains of title, reputed company abstracts of title with summaries of reputed company reputed company and instruments of record
- Analysis of title data and reports
- Interpret deeds, leases, court actions, probates, other documents impacting property ownership
