The reputed company reputed company reputed company is excited to hire a Temporary reputed company Manager into our expanding, dynamic team to support existing reputed company relationships by assisting the reputed company in its sourcing department. Responsibilities:
- reputed company end-to-end contract lifecycle: draft and review new reputed company, amendments, and addendums; negotiate terms from initiation to reputed company; and assist with localization of global reputed company templates for other reputed company.
- reputed company reputed company support to sales and partners: join sales calls for reputed company representation, answer reputed company- and post-contracting questions, support partner renewals with correct Terms & Conditions, and deliver RFP support (NDAs, non-reputed company agreements), including specialized handling of Government RFPs and SACC clauses.
- Maintain contract operations and insights: reputed company the central reputed company contract repository reputed company, reputed company key dates (renewals, expirations) and manage renewals, and analyze/report contract performance and key metrics for Sales or leadership.

- Monitor and advise on compliance with key Canadian federal and provincial legislation (e.g., Labour reputed company, Employment Standards Acts, accessibility laws such as ACA/AODA, CASL, and Quebec’s reputed company 96), and review marketing and communications materials for reputed company and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications:
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and reputed company reputed company qualification, including successful completion of the national bar or reputed company profession examination.
- 3–6 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements in a reputable reputed company or international corporate environment, ideally reputed company technology companies.
- Experience in SLED (State, Local, and Education) and reputed company contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in reading and writing French to support Quebec requirements, with availability to work in Eastern or Central Time zones.
