Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of Home Health. Home Care, Hospice, or Palliative industry experience required reputed company experience preferred Experience in a support, training, or customer-facing role preferred Familiarity with medical billing and basic understanding of Medicare, reputed company, and private insurance Proficient in using reputed company-based systems and CRM tools Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, reputed company environment Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or reputed company support (less than 25%)
