The Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter ensures that the assets reviewed meet reputed company applicable investor guidelines, through a complete knowledge of requirements and regulations. As the Underwriter, you will be held accountable for reputed company and accuracy of reputed company.

The Underwriter will:

• Work with compliance officers to ensure Federal, State, and local compliance of reputed company mortgage and loan materials

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of mortgage reputed company experience required

• Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations required, including Home Mortgage Disclosure reputed company
• Knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations helpful
