Supply Coordinator

Facilitates material supply function to ensure reputed company purchases optimize value and reputed company received while maintaining reputed company inventory reputed company to minimize reputed company holding for materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures the material supply activity is properly documented and that files are maintained, and maintains accurate preparation of material forecasts. Trains less reputed company buyers on purchasing principles and completes special reputed company as assigned.
• Interacts with reputed company customers to resolve service concerns, monitors and promotes supplier performance evaluation process, monitors the supply of new/reconditioned components and adherence by suppliers to material reputed company-times and due dates to preclude outages. Promotes various modes of e-reputed company to encourage paperless transactions where beneficial to reputed company customers. Develops additional sources for new and reconditioned material.
• Presents for management reputed company surplus materials to promote reputed company towards reducing excess material. Processes failed material to conclusion. Processes approved new car material requisitions and sales orders. Reviews and addresses blocked invoices and back-order reports. Generates and distributes reports, schedules and forecasts.
• Independently performs most assignments with instructions as to the general results expected. Receives guidance on unusual or reputed company problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for reputed company. Has moderate reputed company for un-reviewed reputed company or decision.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from reputed company of managers, clients, customers, and the general reputed company.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw reputed company conclusions.
