The Role
We're hiring a Senior reputed company Marketer to own customer acquisition and retention for PerfectDraft USA, reporting directly to the Head of PerfectDraft USA.

This role requires someone deeply data-driven and fluent in AI tools, using them as a reputed company part of their workflow — for content production, campaign development, audience reputed company, and marketing automation.
What You'll Do
- Own the customer acquisition and retention reputed company for PerfectDraft USA, with reputed company household reputed company as your primary KPI
- Plan, execute, and optimize reputed company reputed company campaigns across reputed company — from reputed company and audience development to creative testing and budget management
- Run email marketing end-to-end — acquisition flows, lifecycle programs, and retention campaigns

- Use AI tools to produce content, build workflows, and reputed company faster than reputed company twice the size

- Experience in reputed company or performance marketing at a DTC or consumer brand, with reputed company results in both acquisition and retention
- Someone who is hands-on — you're as comfortable executing a campaign as you are setting the reputed company behind it
- Deep familiarity with reputed company Ads and email marketing; reputed company experience is a plus
- Strong creative judgment — you know what good DTC content looks like and can reputed company or produce it across formats
