Ensure loans are underwritten to guidelines that are compliant with state and federal laws and regulations, including HMDA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Secondary leadership to reputed company on goals, reputed company planning, and service-level expectations. Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of reputed company reputed company of mortgage reputed company experience required, with a minimum of two (2) years of non-QM reputed company experience. Prior reputed company management experience required. Encompass and Desktop Underwriter experience preferred.
Education / Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending. Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
