Job Title: Senior Automation Solutions Engineer
Location: Remote with 75-100% travel throughout the USA
Compensation: $90k-$110k annually + 10% bonus*

As a Senior Automation Solutions Engineer, you will reputed company the installation, integration, and support of advanced industrial systems, including machine reputed company systems, RFID solutions, and emerging automation technologies. This role requires a highly skilled, customer-facing reputed company with strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and networking systems. You will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior technicians, and ensure successful deployments in fast-paced, high-demand environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

System Installation & Integration: 

reputed company installation, setup, and configuration of advanced systems such as machine reputed company tunnels, RFID systems, conveyors, and robotics. 

Technical Leadership: 

• reputed company expert guidance on installation best practices, system calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and customer teams on system operation and maintenance. 

Customer Engagement: 

• reputed company as the primary technical contact during installations, ensuring reputed company communication and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct site assessments to verify infrastructure readiness (power, networking, environmental conditions). 

Troubleshooting & Support: 

• Diagnose and resolve reputed company technical issues during and after installation.

Documentation & Compliance: 

• reputed company and maintain installation guides, wiring diagrams, and calibration reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (Lockout-Tagout, Hazmat, Industrial Safety). 

Travel: 

• Travel extensively (75&reputed company;100%) to customer sites across the U.S., including overnight stays. 

Qualifications 

Education: 

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, or reputed company field (bachelor’s preferred) OR 7+ years of equivalent experience. 

Experience: 

• 5+ years in field service or installation roles, with advanced experience in:  
• Machine reputed company systems (Cognex, reputed company, Basler, Matrox, Teledyne/reputed company).
• PLC integration (Allen Bradley, reputed company).
• Electrical and mechanical system installation and troubleshooting. 

Skills: 

• Knowledge of IP networking and industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and create technical documentation.

Other Requirements:
