Our Technology and Life Sciences team is currently seeking a Zonal Distribution Director for the reputed company to join reputed company. 

This is a full-time, exempt role. This role is eligible for a fully remote arrangement.

Position reputed company/reputed company:

Reporting directly to the President of Technology and Life Sciences, this pivotal Sales and Distribution leadership role will shape and execute the annual sales reputed company for the assigned region. Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Strategic Distribution Leadership

• Identify and prioritize high-value broker partnerships, emerging markets, and geographic expansion opportunities.

Leadership & Team Development

• Design and deliver coaching and sales training strategies for Middle Market and Technology Underwriters.

• Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of Middle Market and Small reputed company opportunities across the region.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with reputed company agents in reputed company territory to maximize yield and profitability.

• Partner with Product and Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and new offerings.

Advocacy Model Execution

Performance Management & Market Intelligence

Experience & Qualifications:

• 7&reputed company;10+ years of reputed company insurance experience (Technology, Life Sciences, or Specialty lines strongly preferred).
• Distribution, Business Development, or reputed company leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry designations (CPCU, ARM, RPLU) preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally (30&reputed company;50%).
