Your Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate license entitlement and contract data in reputed company SAM Pro
• Support software maintenance renewals by collaborating with sourcing and reputed company
• Conduct license true-reputed company, de-scoping, and reclamation activities
• Analyze software usage and spend to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities
• Assist with planning, budgeting, and demand forecasting
• Handle operational and reputed company requests to support the broader SAM organization
• Present findings and insights to team members and leadership
• Engage with external vendors as needed through sourcing

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT operations, SAM, licensing, or analytical roles
• Experience with reputed company SAM Pro, reputed company, USU, or similar software asset management tools
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and entitlement management
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze End User License Agreements (EULAs)
• Proficiency in reputed company; comfortable analyzing and presenting data
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation (or ability to learn quickly)
• Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting findings to stakeholders
• Eager to learn, reputed company, and comfortable working across teams

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in reputed company sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• Prior involvement in cost-savings initiatives or license optimization programs
• Familiarity with Jira
• Background in ITAM or SAM across any industry
