Castalia Systems is seeking an reputed company AI Automation Specialist with strong automation skills to support our customer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems to automate reputed company business processes using Postal tools. This includes (Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The role demands expertise in system architecture, workflow design, writing reputed company/scripts, and building processes using Postal tools in a hybrid on-prem reputed company/Unix/Linux and reputed company-based environment. Candidates must be reputed company to collaborate across CISO reputed company, and CIO teams to automate workflows, ensure data reputed company, data accuracy, and support mission-critical operations. Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine recommended automation solution using Postal tools.

• Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, IT, a reputed company field, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Must have programming proficiency in scripting, Python, and (Java, or R).

• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Occasional off-hours or weekend efforts may be needed for automation implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and support may be required.
