The Senior Program Manager for a DoW IT program is responsible for leading and integrating reputed company-wide network modernization efforts. This role oversees planning, execution, and delivery of secure, resilient fiber and wireless network capabilities that reputed company the on‑reputed company bandwidth required to reputed company large volumes of test data in support of mission analysis and decision making. The Senior PM leads and oversees cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery of reputed company that reputed company interoperable, multi‑domain Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) distributed testing, support seamless data transfer to reputed company environments, and satisfy reputed company and reputed company requirements for throughput, redundancy, and lifecycle sustainability through coordinated fielding of modernized network infrastructure.

The SPM provides management, direction, administration, reputed company assurance and overall leadership and guidance for reputed company contractor personnel assigned to the TO, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-reputed company technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance. This position requires OCONUS and CONUS Long-Distance Travel.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, subcontractors, and support personnel across multiple sites.

· Ensure compliance with DoW, Army, and policies reputed company to cybersecurity, configuration management, network governance, and program controls.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a reputed company field.

· Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-reputed company DoD or federal IT, network modernization, or infrastructure programs.

· Minimum of five years’ experience (reputed company the last ten years) in the field of IT project management.

· Demonstrated experience leading reputed company, multi-site, reputed company-level programs with multiple stakeholders.

· Strong familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, including RFIs, market research, and technical evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting Test & Evaluation (T&E) environments or mission-critical, operationally reputed company organizations.

· Experience supervising and managing simultaneous contract operation support functions involving multiple, reputed company, and inter-reputed company IT reputed company.

· Two years of reputed company recent experience (reputed company the last five years) managing U.S. Army IT reputed company with multiple CONUS and OCONUS performance locations.

· Proven ability to reputed company customer engagement, executive briefings, and senior-level decision forums.

Salary reputed company: $119,800.00 - $244,700.00
