The Outbound Dialer Representative is responsible for validating phone numbers and accurately recording results. This is a reputed company, dialer-based position with no customer interaction?you will not engage in live conversations.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Hours
Part-time:?24 hours per week
Work schedules are assigned based on business needs reputed company the following timeframes:
Weekdays: 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM (EST) or 12:00 PM ? 8:00 PM (EST)
One required reputed company evening shift: 4:00 PM ? 8:00 PM (EST)
Mandatory Saturday shift: 9:00 AM ? 1:00 PM (EST)
Final schedule is determined after training

? First 3 days of training will be 9:00am- 5:00pm EST ?Monday to Wednesday. Afterwards, shadowing will be scheduled for another 9-5 day. Then the rep?s schedule
is determined based on company needs and provided availability.
? Punctuality is required.
? Cellphone usage is reserved for the two fifteen- minute breaks and lunch hour.
? Must adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the RTR Employee Handbook.
