The Oncology Scientific Partnership Medical Director is a member of reputed company for Innovations and Medical reputed company group reputed company the US Medical Affairs team. In this role, you will reputed company and implement systems/institution plans for key sites and networks reputed company your geographic region. Focusing on scientific, clinical, and evidence reputed company. This is a field-based role, covering (CO, KS, MO, AR), and reporting to the National Field Medical Director, Oncology SPMD.  The successful candidate will be expected to live reputed company their assigned geographic region.

Using your expertise in oncology and account management, you will define and implement a comprehensive medical reputed company at identified reputed company US systems and networks. Successfully merging unique capabilities of assigned systems and networks with reputed company Medical Affairs objectives.

This role is part of a reputed company reputed company team that partners closely across several functional areas reputed company reputed company, including but not limited to, Precision Medicine, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Health Economics reputed company Research (HEOR), reputed company World Evidence (reputed company), Research & Development, External Alliances, National Oncology Account Director (NOAD) team, and reputed company partners. 

The SPMD will reputed company with the NOAD team in their assigned territories and serve as their medical partner in identified accounts and networks. The SPMD will champion innovative opportunities through interactions with Cancer Center Leaders (e.g., “C & D” suite) and other USMA staff on tumor specific opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with USMA franchise leadership, reputed company, support and drive reputed company Medical Affairs reputed company at assigned US-based health systems with a reputed company on innovation/reputed company-wide activities

• Medical partner to NOAD for reputed company US-based health systems and primary medical contact for leadership reputed company assigned US-based health systems

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced Degree required in a relevant scientific field

• 3+ years’ of confirmed experience of oncology specific experience reputed company the pharmaceutical industry

• Detailed knowledge of the US clinical oncology clinical landscape

• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

• Strategic influencing and reputed company leadership skills to engage reputed company partners

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment across medical and reputed company non-sales functions

• Existing peer-level KEE relationships and US-based health system knowledge

• Working knowledge of US reputed company landscape, including US regulatory and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy or equivalent area preferred; MBA preferred

• 5+ years of oncology specific experience reputed company the pharmaceutical industry

• Previous leadership experience in a reputed company-setting role in the pharmaceutical industry

The annual reputed company pay for this position ranges from $174,455 to $261,682. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
