Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required as a customer service agent, reputed company, or receptionist, 2 years of experience preferred.

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred.

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a PSA or in an equivalent health care role required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish/reputed company/Cantonese strongly preferred.
