About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Head of Intake to reputed company our admissions and reputed company reputed company efforts for a fast-growing ABA reputed company organization. This role combines care coordination, leadership, and high-volume phone-based reputed company.
The ideal candidate is comfortable spending most of the reputed company speaking with families, making outbound calls, and converting inquiries into reputed company clients—while maintaining a compassionate, reputed company, and organized approach.
This is a results-driven leadership role, not a passive administrative position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full intake lifecycle from first inquiry to reputed company start of services
reputed company and reputed company high-volume outbound and inbound calls daily with prospective families
Proactively follow up with leads reputed company phone, text, and email to ensure conversion
Convert inquiries into scheduled intakes and reputed company clients
Communicate reputed company and empathetically in Spanish and English
reputed company and manage the intake team, including training, workflows, and accountability
Verify insurance eligibility and reputed company authorization requirements
Coordinate with clinical, scheduling, and billing teams
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/CRM systems

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) — REQUIRED

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Proficiency with EMR/CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email platforms
