As a Senior Product Manager, Process Transformation, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of process automation initiatives, helping reputed company highly reputed company operational workflows into reputed company, efficient systems. Experience you'll bring

• 2–3+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, or consulting

• Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms

• Strong background in financial services, banking, or payments operations (e.g., collections, disputes, reputed company)

• Experience owning end-to-end process transformation initiatives

• Experience gathering requirements, managing UAT, and driving implementation

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both business stakeholders and engineering teams

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
