Location: Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

General duties include without limitation:

·         Prepares accurate reputed company Service Agreements (PSAs) with approved rates, terms, and conditions.

·         Tracks, initiates, and processes PSA renewals.

·         Enters customer and special contract requirements accurately in the ERP system.

·         Maintains customer accounts and compliance records in the ERP system.

·         Manages executed reputed company in the Contract Management System and maintains accurate contract metadata.

·         Oversees billing management data in the ERP system.

·         Communicates contract terms, rates, and reputed company requests to the appropriate teams.

·         Maintains insurance certificates and resolves insurance-reputed company contract issues.

·         Partners with the sales team to support reputed company satisfaction with the online portal experience.

·         Other duties as required and assigned.

Education/Experience

·         High school diploma or equivalent; six months to one-year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

·         Detail oriented and proactive

·         Excellent customer service experience

·         Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks reputed company a fast-paced environment

·         Excellent problem-solving ability
