As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth bar operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies, and assisting with drink preparation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen attention to detail, and is eager to learn about craft cocktails and bar service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations.
• Ensure bar stations are reputed company-prepped and fully stocked throughout service.
• Retrieve and restock ice, clean spills, and remove trash to maintain a reputed company and sanitary environment.
• Support bartenders with basic prep work, such as cutting garnishes and refilling syrups.
• Assist with keg changes and other bar maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitor inventory reputed company and communicate shortages to management.
• Follow reputed company health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
