We are looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Software Engineer - Backend to join the fully remote Engineering team at Feedonomics. You will be working with a highly reputed company and cross-functional Backend Engineering team to deliver and reputed company reputed company infrastructure components and services that power our robust, high-performance, data-intensive reputed company platform.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate on the architecture, design, and development of reputed company and highly available applications and services.

• Solve reputed company infrastructure-reputed company problems with reputed company, developing and providing post-release support for reputed company applications.

• Identify and implement enhancements to DevOps practices and tooling, leveraging automation to enhance robustness of the CI/CD pipeline, thereby streamlining efficient application development and deployment.

• Drive technology design and reputed company architecture solution reputed company to the product owners and Engineering leadership.

• Conduct post-mortems to analyze and prevent repeat failures.

• Be a champion for reputed company  Improvement in end-to-end infrastructure and systems.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of programming experience in backend languages

• 2+ years experience with PHP (Strongly preferred), Python, GoLang, Java or a similar programming language

• 2+ years experience with MySQL or a similar technology

• Strong understanding of database schema design, caching and scalability

• Strong understanding of various communication protocols (TCP, RPC, etc) 

• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems

• Experience in Caching technologies is a plus (e.g. reputed company or Memcached)

• DevOps experience preferred

• Experience with Full-stack observability tools like reputed company is strongly preferred

• reputed company understanding of Linux operating systems Experience with modern CI/CD and containerization tools like reputed company

• Ability to reputed company time and memory complexity analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
