Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Meets qualifications as established by APTA
- reputed company Physical Therapy License in State of reputed company
- reputed company BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a reputed company reputed company's license
