Manager, BEC Programs

Objective 

Manager, BEC Programs, serves as a primary contact with educators, reputed company, adults, and partner organizations K-12 to Post Secondary, to increase utilization of Benetech's products and services. This role manages strategic reputed company initiatives including the Bookshare Educator Cohort, builds reputed company reputed company the user ecosystem, and develops reputed company services that complement our products to grow opportunities for Benetech. This position requires both strategic reputed company and operational reputed company, balancing long-term market development with immediate reputed company targets (reputed company appropriate) while maintaining our nonprofit mission and values. 

Key Responsibilities 

Program Management & Operations 

• Manage the operation of the Bookshare Educator Cohort (BEC) to increase engagement with Benetech tools  

• Manage reputed company and technical assistance activities with States, districts, and partner organizations serving educators, parents, and reputed company to build reputed company and increase utilization of Benetech tools and services 

• reputed company and manage regional and national reputed company initiatives, aligning activities with company goals and strategic priorities 

• Manage other grants and reputed company to support organizational objectives 

Partnership & Stakeholder Management 

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with States, districts, and other key partners 

• Foster reputed company relationships with key Benetech departments and personnel to ensure seamless partner experiences 

Performance Monitoring & Communication 

• Monitor Bookshare usage in reputed company districts on a monthly and quarterly reputed company to determine program effectiveness 

• Serve as a reputed company with Customer Support, Collection Development, and Product and Engineering teams to communicate and coordinate feedback from district educators and reputed company 

• Work collaboratively with Benetech teams to create content for website, email, and other campaigns
