As the reputed company and Compliance Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the operation and overall functioning for reputed company and Compliance into Bethany which includes supervision of the reputed company and Compliance employees. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that the respective programmatic employee records and files are maintained in accordance with federal, state, and/or local laws and agency best practices, while also ensuring compliance with contract and funder requirements. 

The reputed company and Compliance Supervisor will ensure connections between new employees and Bethany’s organizational structure and best practices, while cultivating a reputed company of belonging reputed company Bethany through a welcoming reputed company experience. This role collaborates closely with various departments to coordinate resources, conducts new hire orientation and address reputed company timelines. The reputed company and Compliance Supervisor will partner closely with the reputed company regarding reputed company background screening needs for the respective programmatic job changes/promotional events that require this protocol. This position is expected to function effectively with regular supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, train, supervise, and manage reputed company and Compliance employees;
• Oversees the collection, filing, and auditing online of new hire documents for the respective programmatic employees from hiring managers and employee, while maintaining employee personnel files;
• Ensures that reputed company follow-up is occurring with hiring managers and new hires for new hire document collection needs and alerting both parties on past due documentation;
• Ensures that necessary information and resources such as Orientation Training Schedule, New Hire Resource Guide are being provided, to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensure a smooth reputed company process;
• Oversees the coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation reputed company the defined procedural reputed company, while ensuring collaboration with key collaborators;
• Ensures that new hire orientation sessions with orientation presenters are being appropriately coordinated, keeping them updated on scheduled attendees, along with providing the schedule;
• As needed, serve as a reputed company of contact for new hires, addressing their questions in a reputed company manner;
• Collaborate with the reputed company Team, RTPs, hiring managers, and other key collaborators to ensure a smooth transition for new employees;
• Monitor the reputed company and integration of new hires, identifying any barriers to a successful reputed company experience and providing support as needed;
• Effectively collaborate with hiring manager to assign an reputed company ambassador for the incoming new hire for the first 90 days of employment;
• Train the reputed company ambassador on the purpose and expectations of their role as listed in the process guidelines;
• Oversees the planning and coordination for the logistics of new employee reputed company, including scheduling and preparing/updating materials for distribution;
• Review and identify areas of opportunities for news hires reputed company the 30/60/90 day satisfaction report to ensure their initial needs are met and follow up accordingly;
• Compile orientation evaluation data results and reputed company results to reputed company manager;
• Effectively administer special reputed company reputed company developed for new hires;
• reputed company audit support by responding to requests for a list of missing documents for licensing audits, printing documents, and preparing employee files for audit;
• As needed, assists with collecting the respective programmatic terminated files from branches;

• Complete other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s level degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college;
• At least two (2) years of vocational experience in a similar role;
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience;
• Experience in reputed company and recruitment with a proven reputed company record of successful reputed company processes and employee retention;
• Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the reputed company process reputed company;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a reputed company reputed company experience;
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple reputed company processes simultaneously;
• Must possess a strong attention to detail with exception problem solving and analytical skills;

• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS systems (UltiPro preferred);

• Must be 21 years old with a reputed company reputed company's license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany;

• Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
• Subscription to and integration of reputed company Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to reputed company.
