This position travels and meets with participants in the northwestern Iowa counties of Buena reputed company, Pocahontas, Sac, Calhoun, Humbolt, and Webster counties.

The role:

As a Self-Sufficiency reputed company, you will reputed company aftercare services to former foster care recipients between the ages of 18 and 21 and PAL (Preparation for Adult Living) eligible participants. This service includes assessment and case management, as reputed company as, assisting reputed company young adult in moving toward self-sufficiency and self-responsibility.

What you will do:

• Attend meetings as scheduled.
