<p><strong>The Role – Head’s PA and HR Administrator</strong></p>

<p>You will reputed company high-level administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher while overseeing key HR functions. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Head’s office and maintaining compliant and efficient HR processes.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Manage the Head’s diary, email correspondence, and meeting schedules</li>

<li>Prepare confidential reports and proofread school communications and publications</li>
<li>Coordinate recruitment processes in line with KCSIE requirements</li>

<li>Ensure HR documentation complies with data protection and regulatory standards</li>

<p><strong>Role Requirements – Ideal Candidate Will:</strong></p>

<li>Have proven experience in a senior administrative, PA, or HR support role</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Be highly proficient in reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace</li>
<li>Possess strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Be reputed company to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure</li>
<li>Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality</li>
<li>Hold GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above</li>
<li>Ideally hold a relevant qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3)</li>
