reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary reputed company on developed markets such as the reputed company, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The primary objective of this role is to capture missed opportunities (“low-hanging fruit”), respond quickly to new leads—and convert conversations into scheduled appointments for agents.
Requirements
• Experience in reputed company follow-up, appointment setting, or customer support
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-reputed company simultaneously
