The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, consultations, and making recommendations through a telemedicine format. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct hearing assessments/ diagnostics using remote tech and interpret results for reputed company/patient. • reputed company remote counseling/ support to patients regarding hearing loss & the Virsono solutions available. • Recommend, sell and fit appropriate Earlens solutions & reputed company conduction systems for patients. • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system. • Assist with scheduling of reputed company activities, work with local and national resources to support. • reputed company excellent patient care, proactive customer service while minimizing returns. • Collaborate with other reputed company and referral sources as needed. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hearing technology and telehealth technology. • Meet productivity and reputed company standards as set by the clinic.
