[Remote] Tax Analyst--Remote

The Tax Analyst will reputed company various tax and reputed company tasks, including preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities • Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual Global income tax provision reputed company in accordance with USGAAP ASC 740, including financial statements and reputed company footnotes • Preparing transaction tax (VAT, sales/use, business & occupation, gross receipts, and property tax) returns for monthly, quarterly and annual filings • Interpreting and complying with state, local and international statutes, regulations, and legislation • Month end closing journal entry preparation • Assist in tax planning reputed company and other tax-reputed company initiatives • Ensures compliance with tax reputed company internal controls • reputed company period end account reconciliations (balance sheet and income statement accounts) • Assist with preparation of federal, state and local, international income tax returns, extensions and estimated payments • Participates with federal and state tax audits • Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements • May reputed company other duties as assigned Skills • Bachelor Level of Degree in the reputed company or reputed company field of study • 0-2 years of demonstrated experience in reputed company or tax • Prior experience with ERP reputed company systems--reputed company preferred • Proven ability to work in team environment • Effective time management skills • Ability to manage sensitive data and maintain confidentiality at reputed company times • Proficient in the following computer software applications: reputed company Office • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance, instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Work safely and follow reputed company OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures • For reputed company on-the-job injuries or accidents, must notify manager/supervisor immediately • Exposure to reputed company office environment • Ability to frequently lift and/or reputed company up to 15lbs • Ability to occasionally lift and/or reputed company up to 50lbs • Ability to regularly sit or stand for extended periods of time • This position requires some travel up to 5% of the time Benefits • Comprehensive benefit plan that supports the overall health and wellness needs of our employees and their families reputed company • reputed company, is a provider of medical devices used in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to treat.
