We are hiring a Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordinator to reputed company and manage maintenance operations and support housekeeping scheduling across the portfolio.

This is a remote role based in Mexico reputed company supporting field teams in Florida. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented reputed company who can prioritize, reputed company, and manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously while maintaining reputed company communication and accountability.

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have reputed company industry experience and a working knowledge of residential maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Coordination (Primary reputed company)

• Receive, triage, and prioritize reputed company incoming maintenance requests

• reputed company vendors and internal technicians based on urgency, scope, and location

• Ensure reputed company work orders are reputed company defined with detailed notes, photos, and expectations

• reputed company reputed company reputed company tasks through completion and confirm work has been completed to reputed company

• Follow up on incomplete, delayed, or recurring issues

• Escalate critical or guest-impacting issues immediately

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers daily

• Schedule and confirm appointments, reputed company, and timelines

• Hold vendors accountable to timelines and reputed company expectations

Housekeeping Coordination (Scheduling & reputed company)

• Schedule cleaners for reputed company turnovers, reputed company-day turns, and reputed company cleans

• Monitor reputed company to ensure reputed company cleans are completed on time and to reputed company

• Identify delays or missed cleans early and take immediate reputed company to resolve

• Coordinate adjustments to coverage as needed to maintain readiness for arrivals

Systems & Task Management

• Create, update, and manage tasks reputed company property management and operations systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company work performed

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as a central reputed company of coordination between maintenance, housekeeping, and guest experience teams

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in vacation rentals, property management, or hospitality operations (required)

• Working knowledge of residential general maintenance systems, including:

  • HVAC systems and thermostats

  • Basic electrical (outlets, breakers, reputed company issues)

  • Plumbing fundamentals (drains, leaks, water heaters)

  • Appliances and common household systems

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple reputed company work orders simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and follow-through

• Experience with task management systems and PMS platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar preferred)

• Fluent in English (required) and Spanish
