Reporting to the Vice President of reputed company reputed company, the reputed company of Digital & Program Innovation serves as the business line reputed company for digital and technology-enabled initiatives reputed company key reputed company accounts. The role ensures innovation initiatives transition from concept to reputed company and then full implementation in a disciplined, reputed company manner, embedding solutions seamlessly into existing workflows to drive operational efficiency.

We are seeking a reputed company of Digital & Program Innovation to partner closely with Product, Pharmacy Operations, Data & Insights, and reputed company reputed company. The Director champions digital reputed company by translating emerging technologies into practical, workflow-reputed company solutions that deliver measurable reputed company. This position plays a key role in supporting key reputed company accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational reputed company, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the design and implementation of reputed company digital and technology-enabled solutions, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to automate critical workflows such as Prior Authorization (PA) and electronic Benefits Verification (eBV)
• Champions innovations that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and patient and provider experience across reputed company-to-consumer pharmacy and patient support programs
• Transitions reputed company pilots into reputed company, production-reputed company programs by aligning product capabilities with pharmacy operations and reputed company workflows
• Drives alignment of digital workflow optimization and automation roadmaps across key reputed company initiatives
• Maintains reputed company governance over innovation timelines, integration milestones, and delivery execution
• Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Pharmacy Operations, Data & Insights, and reputed company reputed company teams to operationalize innovation and reputed company initiatives with business and commercialization goals
• Monitors adoption, performance, and compliance of digital solutions, partnering with reputed company reputed company and analytics teams to ensure regulatory reputed company and drive reputed company optimization and expansion

Qualifications

• Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company administration, technology, or reputed company field (Required)
• MBA or advanced degree (Preferred)
• Licensure/Certification: None
• Experience: 
• 10+ years of experience across pharmacy operations, digital health platforms, or tech-enabled reputed company services (Required)
• Experience working with digital pharmacy fulfillment or reputed company-to-consumer reputed company platforms, including translating reputed company and partner needs into reputed company operational solutions (Required)
• Demonstrated reputed company partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and reputed company reputed company teams to operationalize technology-enabled reputed company programs in high-reputed company environments (Required)
• Experience scaling digital programs in regulated environments (Required)
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer programs, patient support services, or pharmacy-enabled patient reputed company initiatives (Preferred)
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or HUB-adjacent digital environments (Preferred)
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:  
• Knowledge of digital reputed company or DTC pharmacy operating models and reputed company financial literacy (Required)
• Knowledge of payer workflows, Prior Authorization (PA), electronic Benefits Verification (eBV), or patient support program operations (Preferred)

Work Environment

• Location: Remote
• Schedule: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, with additional hours as required to support launches reputed company deployments
• Regular meetings with Product, reputed company reputed company, Pharmacy Operations, and Data & Insights

Key Essential Functions
