Reporting to the Vice President of reputed company reputed company, the Director of HUB & reputed company Programs serves as the business line reputed company for HUB and patient reputed company programs reputed company the key reputed company accounts. The Director owns reputed company relationships and is responsible for SLA reputed company, financial visibility, and the successful execution and scalability of manufacturer-sponsored programs delivered through reputed company’s platform. Partnering closely with operational HUB teams, pharmacy operations, and cross-functional leaders, the Director ensures contractual alignment, performance transparency, cross-functional execution, and reputed company program scalability.

We are seeking a Director of HUB & reputed company Programs to partner closely with operational HUB teams, pharmacy operations, and cross-functional leaders, the Director ensures contractual alignment, performance transparency, cross-functional execution, and reputed company program scalability. This position plays a key role in supporting key reputed company accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational reputed company, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary executive reputed company of contact for HUB and reputed company-oriented programs, ensuring alignment with reputed company objectives and internal stakeholder
• Owns reputed company governance, including Statement of Work development, renewals, scope expansion, and adherence to contractual obligations and performance standards
• Provides performance and SLA reputed company, establishing executive reporting cadences and managing reputed company escalation and reputed company processes
• Maintains financial stewardship across programs, ensuring visibility into reputed company, margin, costs, and identifying opportunities for margin optimization and operational efficiency
• Leads cross-functional mobilization and coordination across Patient Support, HCP, Pharmacy, and Data & Insights to reputed company integrated program execution
• Partners with operational HUB teams to ensure reputed company, compliant, and reputed company service delivery that meets evolving program demands
• Drives platform reputed company and integration efforts, including Occam integration and service model maturation into reputed company, repeatable frameworks

Qualifications

• Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company administration, technology, or reputed company field (Required)
• MBA or advanced degree (Preferred)
• Licensure/Certification: None
• Experience: 
• 7-10+ years in HUB, PSP, specialty pharmacy, or patient reputed company program leadership (Required)
• Executive reputed company-facing experience in manufacturer-sponsored environments (Required)
• SOW ownership and financial performance management experience (Required)
• Experience operating reputed company SLA-driven service environments (Required)
• Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-program manufacturer environments (Preferred)
• Experience integrating service operations with digital platforms (Preferred)
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:  
• Knowledge of HUB and patient reputed company program models; financial drivers across reputed company service programs, including reputed company structures, margin management, and cost controls; governance frameworks and performance management, including SLA design, monitoring, and executive level reporting (Required)
• Strong financial and analytical skills (Required)
• Demonstrated executive communication and escalation management skills (Required)
• Strong cross functional leadership skills (Required)
• Ability to mobilize and reputed company cross functional teams (Required)

Work Environment

• Location: Remote
• Schedule: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, with additional hours as required to support launches reputed company deployments
• Regular meetings with reputed company reputed company, Pharmacy Operations, Data & Insights, and operational HUB teams. This role may also have meetings with manufacturer reputed company governance representatives.

Key Essential Functions
