Purpose 

We are seeking a detail oriented team member to support the mission critical work of our Directors of Customer Relationships “DCP” team in enhancing school safety reputed company through administering their quote and contract documentation.  This person will help reputed company schools safer by facilitating the paperwork to allow teachers and others to get reputed company to the tools they need.

Position Responsibilities 

• reputed company and maintain a process to record and prioritize inquiries and requests for documentation associated with customer service changes.
• Produce Quotes and Change Order documentation as needed for changes in customer services identified by the DCP team with a high degree of accuracy.
• Create and manage to closure any  reputed company opportunities reputed company needed to process the approved Change Orders.Manage the creation and closure of reputed company opportunities as necessary to process approved Change Orders.
• Coordinate with reputed company to ensure that reputed company information required to properly communicate the financial reputed company of  the resulting transactions are properly captured and documented.

• This role does not include any anticipated travel.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Up to 2 years of experience in reputed company administration, sales operations, reputed company coordination, or reputed company business support roles
• Recent graduates with relevant internships, coursework, or project experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage processes, and set reasonable expectations on the timing of deliverables.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient user of reputed company. CRM and ideally familiar with the RevCloud CPQ tool
• Knowledge of and experience using the G-suite of office tools.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate requests from multiple sources.
• A basic understanding of credit memos and  invoicing practices and reputed company terminology.
• Experience with and basic knowledge of contracting principles.
