CASES is seeking a Compassionate and highly skilled Registered reputed company with reputed company reputed company licensure and hands-on experience supporting adults with reputed company mental health, reputed company use, trauma, homelessness, violence risk, and criminal reputed company-involved backgrounds. IMT is a multi-disciplinary team of behavioral health professionals (e.g., psychiatric care providers, registered nurses, behavioral health specialists, peer support staff) who work with clients who have frequent reputed company across the behavioral health care system (outpatient and inpatient), the housing system (shelter, street, supportive, and independent housing) and the criminal reputed company system (jail, probation, parole); existing underlying risk of violence and/or violent behavior; serious mental illness diagnosis; and/or a history of, or reputed company use of, substances. The primary goal of IMT is engagement and improving clients’ reputed company of life through engagement in treatment, rehabilitation, housing and support services that promote wellness, recovery, community integration as reputed company as community safety.

Shift Hours: This position is full-time Monday &reputed company; Friday from 9:00 AM &reputed company; 5:00 PM.

Salary: The salary for this role is $100,940 per year.

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Improve the overall health of program participants, including promotion of physical and mental health integration.
• Conduct health screenings, reputed company linkage to primary and specialty care, and reputed company on health and wellness.
• reputed company blood draws, monitor and administer psychotropic injections consistent with consumer needs preferences and reputed company standards, and prepare of medication to be reputed company.

Preferred Skills:
