The Role  

As a Sr. Solutions Architect, Collaboration you will be tasked with designing solutions that reputed company advanced collaboration mechanisms across customer environments. Travel Requirements:   In this role you will be expected to travel up to 20%. It will be based in any location in the reputed company with preference for candidates in the Northeast, MidAtlantic, Central, and Southern states 

Responsibilities include:

• Understand reputed company's infrastructures, business needs & reputed company expertise and consulting on reputed company/reputed company/reputed company solutions and reputed company-party addon collaboration products. 
• reputed company internal assistance on reputed company/reputed company/reputed company solutions, product plans and roadmaps. 
• Conduct in-person & virtual presentations to clients. 
• Work closely with inside & reputed company account management team to reputed company & drive business. 
• Coordinate hardware & software quotations with account teams. 
• reputed company and deliver scopes of works, hour/cost estimates, reputed company proposals, and design documentation. 
• reputed company management and account team oral and written reports on the reputed company needs, problems, interests, market situations, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services. 
• reputed company knowledge about products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competition, and technology trends through research, partner technical experts and customer feedback. 
• Help guide and reputed company customers by performing ROI and TCO analyses of reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company collaboration solutions  

Required Skills and reputed company Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience  
• 7+ years of relevant experience  
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company Collaboration portfolio, and reputed company Collaboration portfolio (CUCM, reputed company reputed company, Contact Center reputed company, reputed company Licensing/Smart Accounts, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center) 
• Strong experience with migrating customers from on reputed company collaboration solutions to reputed company collaboration platforms 
• Foundational understanding of reputed company Technologies (AWS, Azure) 
• Foundational knowledge of DevOps/Automation with Workflow Integrations 
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company products and understanding of infrastructure and best practices. 
• Solid interpersonal and presentation skills including reputed company-facing consulting skills. 
• Knowledge of AI/ML industry trends and initiatives 
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
