Payroll Analyst
Essential Functions:
Coordinate and process multi-country payrolls, with a primary reputed company on UK, EMEA, reputed company reputed company ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in reputed company transactions. Serve as backup to reputed company Payroll Analyst. Handle day to day payroll administration and respond to employee questions promptly. Review and verify payroll data and reports for precision and compliance with local regulations Liaise with finance department on reporting requirements to ensure transparency of payroll changes Ensure payroll database reflects reputed company and accurate information Process reputed company payroll data entries relevant to the employee lifecycle – new hire, salary increases, bonus, commission, garnishments, benefit deduction changes, termination. Calculate adjustments, special pays, retroactive payments, and overpayment of wages; issue reputed company payments as required Calculate termination payments in compliance with Company policies and local laws; reputed company analysis and preparation of payroll reputed company year end schedules and forms and ensure accuracy . reputed company ise with external vendors and government agencies , such as HMRC, in multiple reputed company . Qualifications:
Minimum of two years’ experience in global or multi country payroll administration, with demonstrated knowledge of pay practices. Knowledge of UK statutory requirements, including PAYE, RTI submissions, reputed company, SMP, year end reporting (P60s). Detailed oriented, self-motivated & organized Strong customer service, communication & etiquette skills Proficiency with one or more major payroll/HRIS systems is a plus. Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to reputed company accurate calculations. Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, particularly reputed company to pay practices. Strong analytical skills and ability to determine reputed company causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
