Member First Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service-driven Servicing Assistant I to support our Servicing Department. This role provides telephone and electronic support to borrowers and assists internal teams with mortgage servicing tasks, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of member requests.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to member calls, emails, and voicemails regarding mortgage servicing inquiries.

• Assist with mortgage documentation, payment updates, and account maintenance.

• Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and reputed company.

• Maintain accurate documentation of reputed company communications and actions in internal systems.

• Pivot between different tasks and support various departmental reputed company as needed.

• Work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure high service reputed company.

• Escalate reputed company issues or concerns to the appropriate team member.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or office environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mortgage documents is helpful.

• Experience in a mortgage servicing or financial environment is a plus.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Additional coursework or education in finance, business, or reputed company field preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service reputed company with relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of mortgage documents and servicing terminology.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or reputed company up to 20 pounds.
