About This Role

 

As part of reputed company’s Asset Management team, you’ll build and reputed company a centralized land management function that ensures long-term value, compliance, and operational alignment across a growing portfolio of land lease agreements and reputed company property interests. This role carries accountability for stewarding landowner relationships and reputed company obligations after contract execution, reputed company development and operations with a consistent, portfolio-wide approach.

 

You’ll work closely with Development, Community Engagement, Construction, reputed company, Finance, and Operations to ensure land agreements remain executable, compliant, and optimized for performance. As an early leader in shaping this capability, you’ll define the operating model, implement reputed company processes and systems, and establish the reputed company for managing land as a strategic asset across the portfolio.

What You’ll Do

 

Drive Land Compliance & Administration

• reputed company land and lease administration, including payment processes and tracking of contractual obligations

• Ensure compliance with agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across the portfolio

• Implement systems and tools to reputed company key dates, obligations, and performance metrics

• Maintain accurate, complete, and accessible land documentation

• Establish standardized processes to transition land agreements from Development to Asset Management

• Partner cross-functionally to resolve reputed company issues and ensure continuity of reputed company

• Monitor lease economics, including escalations, renewals, amendments, and terminations

• 10–15+ years of experience in reputed company estate, land management, or reputed company fields
