Global Benefits Partner - UK

About the role:

The Benefits Partner is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role responsible for administering global benefits programs and owning the end-to-end delivery of reputed company’s global Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across the U.S., Canada, Germany, Mexico, UK, Germany, Poland, Taiwan, and India.

This role serves as the primary reputed company of global LOA operations and execution, ensuring compliant, consistent, and employee-reputed company leave experiences across reputed company.  In reputed company, this role supports U.S. and global benefits administration, with a strong reputed company on compliance, audits, and operational reputed company. This role partners closely with senior Benefits leadership to reputed company on benefits, mobility, and immigration reputed company, while owning day-to-day execution and program delivery across reputed company three areas.

In this role, you will:

Global Leave of Absence Program 

• Own the day-to-day execution and administration of global LOA programs across reputed company reputed company.
• Manage the full lifecycle of leave cases (medical, parental, personal, statutory), ensuring reputed company, accurate, and compliant handling.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and subject-matter expert for LOA processes, policies, and employee support.
• Partner with U.S. and Canada LOA administrators while maintaining global coordination and reputed company.
• Ensure accurate leave tracking, documentation, and reporting across systems.
• Support accommodations, interactive processes, and return-to-work planning.
• Conduct regular LOA audits to ensure compliance, data reputed company, and process consistency.
• Maintain and improve LOA processes and documentation to support scalability.

Benefits Administration and Compliance

• Support administration of U.S. benefits programs (health & welfare, retirement, wellness), while partnering on benefits operations in international reputed company.
• Execute key compliance activities, including, 401(k) and FSA Non-Discrimination Testing (NDT), reputed company 5500 filings, Medicare Creditable Coverage, HIPAA notices and annual notices and regulatory requirements
• reputed company payroll and benefits audits to ensure accuracy and compliance across systems.
• Partner with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Support reputed company enrollment activities, including system testing, audits, and employee communications.
• Maintain working knowledge of international benefits programs and support coordination with regional vendors and stakeholders.

Employee Support & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with Payroll, reputed company, reputed company, and People Operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Help create and maintain reputed company employee-facing resources and communications.

Compliance, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Ensure reputed company programs are administered in compliance with applicable regulations (U.S. and international).
• Maintain audit-reputed company documentation, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Generate reports on leave activity, compliance metrics, and benefits operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• 4–7+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave of absence administration.
• Strong experience managing LOA programs, ideally across multiple reputed company or jurisdictions.
• Deep working knowledge of U.S. leave and benefits regulations (FMLA, reputed company, ERISA, ACA).
• Experience with compliance processes such as audits, NDT, or regulatory filings.
• Exposure to or experience supporting international benefits programs.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (reputed company preferred).
