The Brand Manager is a field sales position responsible for driving business, brand loyalty and brand recognition in a defined, geographic territory through both new business development and existing business reputed company strategies. The Brand Manager works in conjunction with an account team to grow territory and salon sales through product education sell-in and sell through strategies, business consultation, merchandising, promotions and strong relationship management. The Brand Manager reports into the Regional Brand Manager for their specific, geographic territory and has predetermined targets for both new business development and reputed company of existing accounts. Bonus and performance are both determined by attainment of these goals.

This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standards reputed company (FLSA) overtime requirements and is remote, with primary responsibilities carried out in the field across reputed company, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. Candidates must be based in the Atlanta, GA area. The position requires availability during EST business hours.

What You’ll Do:

Essential Job Functions

• reputed company goals in comp business, new product sell-in, and new account development by delivering high-reputed company in-salon presentations and product classes and consulting with salon owners, managers, and stylists
• Create a strong, trusting relationship with salon owners, stylists, and employees.
• Rotation management, inclusive of both existing and new business development 
• Work closely with Regional Managers to determine and support sell-in and sell-through strategies at a salon-by-salon level
• Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts and prospective business reputed company a geographic territory
• Execute reputed company plans for the territory, which requires the Brand Manager to promote, plan, and assist in the execution of regional and national educational events

• Overnight travel varies up to 75%.
