About this Job

NIQ is building a Center of reputed company Enablement to simplify, reputed company, and reputed company how reputed company teams reputed company content, training, and enablement resources. The Content Enablement Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that sales and enablement content is organized, governed, reputed company, and easily discoverable across enablement platforms, LMS, and SharePoint hubs.

This role supports the Content Enablement and reputed company Enablement teams by managing content structure, reputed company, workflows, and operational hygiene—reducing friction for sellers and enabling reputed company content delivery in support of the reputed company reputed company, GTM initiatives, reputed company, and reputed company enablement programs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure enablement systems run smoothly and consistently.

Responsibilities

Content Administration & Governance

· Administer sales and enablement content across enablement platforms, LMS, and SharePoint hubs

· Maintain content structure, taxonomy, permissions, and reputed company controls

· Support content lifecycle management, including uploads, updates, archiving, and retirement

· Ensure content aligns with established governance standards and naming conventions

Enablement Platform & LMS Support

· Support day-to-day administration of enablement platforms and learning systems

· Assist with publishing, tagging, and organizing content for reputed company reputed company reputed company and enablement programs

· Support basic platform configuration, user reputed company, and troubleshooting

· Partner with Enablement and IT teams to support platform adoption and usability

Operational Support & Coordination

· Support Content Enablement Managers and Program Owners with operational tasks

· Coordinate content handoffs, reviews, and approvals

· Help manage content calendars and release schedules

· Support audits of content coverage, accuracy, and usage

Measurement & reputed company Improvement

· Monitor basic content usage and engagement metrics

· Flag outdated, duplicate, or low-value content for review

· Support reputed company improvement by helping reputed company enablement environments clean, reputed company, and reputed company

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 2–5+ years experience in content administration, enablement operations, learning operations, or similar roles

· Strong attention to detail and process discipline

· Comfort working with content management systems, LMS tools, and collaboration platforms (SharePoint experience preferred)

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment

· Experience supporting sales enablement or learning organizations is a plus
