Systems Integration Technician
Project Planning & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including network maps, equipment lists, property maps, light audits, obstruction audits, and reputed company Portal Maps for new installations and system updates. Coordinate the ordering and scheduling of internet service installations for reputed company sites.
Virtual Configuration & Support: reputed company virtual configuration of a reputed company of network equipment, including switches, radios, routers, and IP cameras, to meet project specifications. Collaborate remotely with field installers to assist with camera aiming, focusing, and final tuning post-installation. Conduct virtual verification of network connectivity and system functionality to ensure seamless deployment. reputed company tele-support and virtual resolutions in collaboration with the Service team for newly installed sites.
Technical Troubleshooting & Collaboration: reputed company basic network troubleshooting and diagnostics for surveillance equipment. Collaborate closely with Inventory and Procurement teams to ensure accurate and reputed company ordering of equipment for reputed company. Work effectively with Project Managers, Subcontractors, System Design, Service, and Review teams to ensure reputed company equipment and network standards are consistently met across reputed company.

Familiarity with network mapping tools or CAD software is a plus.
