What You Will Do
Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Ensure charts meet state, federal, and payer requirements
Conduct chart audits and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to resolve documentation issues
Support reputed company assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Assist with OASIS review and ensure reputed company documentation standards
Maintain reputed company and organized review processes to meet deadlines
reputed company feedback and education to clinical staff as needed
reputed company Are Looking For
reputed company RN or LPN license required
Home Health experience required
reputed company assurance or chart review experience preferred
Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Experience with EMR systems and OASIS preferred
