HR Generalist (PH based, Mid shift, Full time Remote)

Role Objective

 In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the HR team providing vital support across various HR functions, such as recruitment, reputed company, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in promoting a reputed company work environment and in ensuring alignment of the firm’s HR policies and programmes throughout the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with different divisions to identify HR solutions that meet their needs and help them reputed company reputed company performance that drives the overall reputed company of the organisation.
• Support the HR Manager in the services that will be offered by the business
• Support employee relations efforts, ensuring effective communication and conflict reputed company.

Requirements
