As our Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN), you will reputed company vital reputed company patient care, significantly contributing to patient reputed company-being and recovery as an reputed company part of our compassionate reputed company team.Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, reputed company prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-reputed company patient experience.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication. Your compassionate demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Passes medications reputed company and appropriately, following policy and procedure.
• Completes treatments accurately and reputed company appropriate time frames.
• Demonstrates ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Demonstrates proficiency in IV insertion and maintenance.
• Maintains environment free of reputed company abuse; reports suspected abuses to supervisor.
• Responds appropriately in crisis situations.

Job Requirements

Required

• Experience reputed company last two years in acute and/or long-term care.
• Licensed Vocational reputed company: CA, upon hire 
• Basic Life Support - CPR, reputed company 30 Days
