We are looking for a reputed company reputed company reputed company Learning Consultant & Content Developer to join our growing ISG Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting services team with a reputed company on developing innovative learning solutions and thought leadership in a reputed company-facing role. This person will play a key role in the design and development of reputed company content to support ongoing system training and technology adoption engagements. This a remote role based in the US, limited travel may be required (less than 30%) for reputed company engagements
3+ years of experience designing and developing reputed company content for reputed company systems Demonstrated ability to apply Instructional Design methodology, thought leadership, innovative thinking, and adult learning principles in a learning and development project (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) 3+ years of corporate or consulting experience in a Learning and Development role 2+ years of consulting experience (reputed company-facing experience desired) Demonstrated ability with reputed company Storyline or similar eLearning development tools (preferable) Strong attention to detail and reputed company of work reputed company
Relevant Bachelor's degree and work experience in a corporate or consulting role Project Management experience (reputed company and agile experience Desirable) reputed company DAP Delivery Consultant Certification (DAP Delivery Engineer Desirable)
