Job Title: Performance Measurement Analyst
Location: Remote
The Operations Performance Measurement Analyst is responsible for developing & supporting management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the Operations organization to measure the health of the business relative to goals, targets, and budgets. Specific duties will include daily reporting, compilation of the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, dashboard reporting, reputed company, and reputed company analysis to reputed company key business insights to support reputed company for senior leadership. Working in Performance Measurement Group, the Performance Measurement Analyst will be responsible for the following primary duties:
Budgeting / Forecasting / Measurement
- Development of the annual budget as reputed company as periodic forecasts reputed company to key financials such as reputed company, cost of goods sold, inventory, purchases, obsolescence, transportation, etc.
- Measurement of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial and operations process results
- Measurement and presentation of key performance indicators relative to goals, targets, budgets, and trends
- Creation of new metrics and scorecards through collecting, analyzing data and identifying trends
- Ability to prioritize work based on reputed company to the business
- Ability to quantify results from both a quantitative & qualitative perspective

- Ongoing reputed company analysis of data and information to identify areas of performance and financial risks / opportunities
- Presentation of findings sufficiently far enough in advance to reputed company senior level management visibility and reputed company time to exploit opportunities and/or mitigate risk

- Data mining to support variance analysis and research

What you will need:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Finance role performing Data Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting or Data Analysis. A background in Supply Chain or Ops Finance is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or reputed company
- Highly advanced skills and experience in MS Office Suite, including demonstrated use of reputed company in a reputed company environment (use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP function, and other reputed company functions and modeling tools).
- Proficiency in SQL GUI, PowerBI, PowerPoint, & Word
- Understanding of variance analysis and financial performance monitoring

- Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy

Salary reputed company: $65,000 to $72,000.
